The Pomodoro technique, named after a kitchen timer, is a technique that helps you focus and battle procrastination.

How-To

  1. Set your timer to 25 minutes.
  2. Turn off all possible sources of interruption, if possible.
  3. Work focused for the time on ONE task.
  4. Take a break for a couple of minutes and reward yourself, e.g. with web-browsing
  5. Repeat
