a kitchen timer, is a technique that helps you focus and battle procrastination.
How-To
- Set your timer to 25 minutes.
- Turn off all possible sources of interruption, if possible.
- Work focused for the time on ONE task.
- Take a break for a couple of minutes and reward yourself, e.g. with web-browsing
- Repeat
